Very thorough service!! Excellent technologist!!! Courteous and knowledgeable. I’ve lived in Gainesville almost 40 years. I’ve had experience with a few other hvac companies and have been disappointed. Once again, Mark Hurm has excelled. Rick is an excellent technician who is calm , professional, and communicates well. Today I was told that I do need a new part and they could not have been more accommodating , honest, regarding service and fair pricing! Jennifer is a gem in their business office. I highly recommend them.
We used Mark Hurm and Co. to replace one system last summer and today they replaced our other system. Jacob and the installers did a great job and we highly recommend them. They came on time, worked hard and were very careful to be neat.
We identified older AC ducts deteriorating and causing wet/mildewed ceilings and water spots around the registers. Contacted MH&Co and they had a representative out the same day. They submitted an estimate and said they could begin the 2-3 day project in 3 days. Due to the hot weather the supervisor sent 2 crews to the job site. The teams were ready to get to work as scheduled demolishing and replacing the duct work. By the end of the first day they had removed the old ducts and were well on their way to replacing the new. On the second day they had finished the job and had cleaned up by 2 p.m. The crew members were all courteous, polite, and personified knowledge and pride in their chosen careers. Good job!
We had a great experience with Mark Hurm & Company installing our new Laundry Pro 3.0! They called to let us know they were on the way and arrived right within the timeframe we were given. The installer was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with the installation. They also cleaned everything up before they left, which I really appreciated. I’m so excited to start using our new Laundry Pro 3.0 and save money while getting our laundry clean without all the detergent! I highly recommend Mark Hurm & Company!
Mark Hurm’s crew arrived promptly at 8 AM Tuesday to replace a 31-year-old AC/furnace system. R.J. had come previously to size up the system and provide a quote on several options. The price was reasonable and the unit arrived within a short time. The crew consisted of Bubba, Joey and Matt. They were very efficient, competent and thorough during the installation. They also seemed to have great camaraderie.The old system was removed with no damage to the surrounding areas and the new system was installed, complete with new safety and efficiency enhancements. At completion, the work areas were cleaned and restored. We have used Mark Hurm and Co. since they were called “Thompson Sheet Metal”, 30-plus years ago. They are a great company to work with!

Came home to a broken AC, called Mark Hurm who set up a repair technician visit for the next day. It was a common repair (capacitor) so they had the part already with them and everything was fixed within an hour. Very professional and friendly service as well as quick and knowledgeable!
Our AC went down at 5:50 on the hottest day of the year, 97 F outside. The technician called me back within 10 minutes, had it fixed within an hour! It was ant damage the outside unit. Mark Hurm & Co. always has great customer service.
This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I’m so glad I did. AC wasn’t keeping up, called them Monday late evening, they were here on time Tuesday morning. The tech, Kenneth, was the best—kind, respectful, quick, and knowledgeable. Ken had fixed my issue for a very fair price in under 1 hour. Thankfully it wasn’t as big of a problem as last time (he also inspected the work from last time and it was in excellent shape). It’s nice to have a company like this you can trust with this FL heat!
We have been dealing with Mark Hurm&Co.LLC since 2016 when they installed 2 Lennox air conditioning units. We have found that they have been honest with excellent customer service. We have been on their annual maintenance agreement from the beginning and found it to be cost effective. Don has been our service technician for years and he is on time and professional explaining details when needed. We would certainly recommend this company.
